Easter Eggs

We had great fun this year coloring eggs! The girls really got the hang of it. I boiled 3 dozen eggs. We did some with glitter, some with paint and some with just old-fashion dye coloring.

Field Trip

O.K.....so here they are...the latest updates. I am soooo behind...Sorry! This is from 2 weeks ago. Emma & Ella took a field trip with preschool to Pet Supplies Plus. This is one of Ohio's local pet stores. They don't have dogs or cats but lots of fish, reptiles, hamsters, bunnies, etc...They were most fascinated by the pink toed tarantula spider. The girls said it looked like its toe nails were painted pink (I'm sure the reason behind the name) but I wasn't getting close enough to the cage to even look....I'll take their word for it. As you can see, Ella is missing from the picture. She was attached to my leg most of the day. I'm not sure what was going on with her. Oh well, Emma is front and center. Taylor wasn't able to go with us on this one. She was in school.

Circus

The girls went to the Shriner Circus on Sunday with Grandma & Grandpa Sharpe. They had great fun! I think their favorite part is getting to have cotton candy and sno cones. Ella wasn't too sure of the clown but Emma and Tay look like they are having fun.

I had all intentions of updating our events as they happened during the week of Mimi's visit, but as you can see it didn't happen....so here you go! Taylor knitting. I may have to learn how. Taylor picked it up quick and really seemed to like it. We may have to ask for help from Grandma Bonnie or Bic a Bic with this task.

Spring Time!

Last week, it hit almost 80 degrees and the girls were loving it. They got to play on the new park equipment in town. Although, it didn't last long. Only in the mid-west can it be 80 one day and snowing the next. We are hoping for 60's by the end of this week.
